Service Advisor

SERVICE ADVISOR

An immediate opening exists at Kamloops Honda for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for front-line customer service and satisfaction. Working in a very fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, opening work orders, as well as working with department staff to ensure effective and efficient completion of service repair orders.

We are seeking an individual with; previous automotive dealership experience, excellent customer service skills, professional telephone manners and excellent computer skills (ADP experience is an asset). The successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks using good organizational and time management skills.

Vehicle Detail/Wash/Prep Person

Kamloops Honda has a position available for an Automotive Detailer / Vehicle Wash Person. The successful candidate must be a team player with high standards in quality of workmanship. A knowledge of vehicle care products and application process is an asset.
